Purple Crow SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern your participation in Purple Crow's text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive SMS/MMS messages from Purple Crow, you agree to these terms.

Consent to Receive SMS/MMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number through a form or by providing verbal consent, you expressly agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Purple Crow only for the type, purpose, or category of messaging for which you have provided consent.

Consent to receive one type of communication does not constitute consent to receive unrelated types of SMS/MMS communications. Purple Crow will use your mobile number only for the messaging purposes for which you have provided the applicable consent.

Depending on the messaging program or communication type you have opted into, messages may include:

Promotional offers, discounts, and deals
Product announcements and availability updates
Event invitations and event-related information
Company news and updates
Customer service or transactional communications related to your interaction with Purple Crow

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from Purple Crow.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the messaging program and the type of communications for which you have opted in. You may receive multiple messages per month based on promotions, events, product updates, or other communications relevant to your consent.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and mobile service plan. Purple Crow is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier or telecommunications provider.

Opt-Out

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Purple Crow.

After receiving a STOP request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, you will not receive further SMS/MMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you provide consent again.

Privacy and Mobile Information

Purple Crow respects your privacy and handles your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Purple Crow does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and SMS/MMS consent data will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Such information may only be disclosed when necessary to provide the requested messaging service, operate our business, comply with applicable law or legal requirements, or fulfill a service requested by you.

Eligibility and Authorization

By providing consent to receive SMS/MMS messages, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are authorized to provide consent for that number.

Message Delivery

SMS/MMS delivery may be affected by mobile carrier networks, network availability, device settings, or other factors outside Purple Crow's control. Purple Crow does not guarantee that every message will be successfully delivered.

Changes to These Terms

Purple Crow may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the applicable messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
